About the Organization

Our Mission

Health Care Resource Centers ("HCRC") is committed to improving the quality of life of each patient by providing efficient, effective treatment in a therapeutic environment that promotes dignity and respect.

Our Goal

Our goal is to partner with each patient in a prompt and professional manner. We aim to improve the quality of life by providing or coordinating treatment related to substance use disorders.

Our Philosophy And Approach

HCRC recognizes that addiction is a primary disease and all people have the capacity to change. The entire multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses and counselors seek to partner with our patients in a respectful and professional manner. We strive to be effective by doing the right thing and to be efficient by doing things right.

Our Team

HCRC maintains a strong commitment to providing high-quality, cost-effective care that treats all individuals with the utmost dignity and respect. We realize that this commitment can only be achieved through the recruitment and retention of a competent and qualified treatment team. Recognizing these essential points, we foster a work environment that supports the diversity, health, and growth of each team member. Our personnel policies and practices reflect this philosophical approach in our efforts to lead the organization toward our common goal.

HCRC has a commitment to excellence that has been acknowledged by the international accrediting body, Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). These CARF audits have resulted in the highest ratings of a three (3) year accreditation at all of our facilities, and in instances, received accreditation with no recommendations – an achievement of less than three (3) percent of CARF accredited organizations. CARF accreditation is confirmation that our organization strives to improve efficiency, fiscal health, and service delivery, while providing a foundation for patient satisfaction.

Each program is certified, regulated, and reviewed by the Federal Center for Substance Abuse Treatment and Drug Enforcement Administration; as well as licensed by each state’s licensing body including the Board of Pharmacy where required. Each program is also monitored by the state's methadone authority and drug control agencies.
