With over 70,000 patients served annually, BayMark’s network spans all levels of care, allowing us to link referred patients to additional treatment and recovery options when needed.
Referrals can be submitted securely through our online referral form, or by contacting your nearest HCRC location in Massachusetts or New Hampshire. Our intake team will coordinate directly with you to ensure a smooth transition into care.
Individuals diagnosed with opioid use disorder who are seeking structured, medication-assisted treatment through an OTP are eligible for evaluation. Patients must be 18 or older and provide valid identification.
OTP programs like HCRC provide daily supervised dosing, medical monitoring, and counseling within a licensed treatment setting. This structure supports consistency and accountability during early recovery.
