HCRC’s Commitment to Community Partnerships

At Health Care Resource Centers (HCRC), we believe lasting recovery begins with collaboration. As a leading provider of opioid treatment programs (OTPs) in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, we offer methadone-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) supported by counseling, case management, and recovery education.

Through strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, employers, and community organizations, we work together to build a stronger partnership to end addiction—one patient, one family, and one community at a time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I refer a patient?

Referrals can be submitted securely through our online referral form, or by contacting your nearest HCRC location in Massachusetts or New Hampshire. Our intake team will coordinate directly with you to ensure a smooth transition into care.

Who qualifies for methadone treatment?

Individuals diagnosed with opioid use disorder who are seeking structured, medication-assisted treatment through an OTP are eligible for evaluation. Patients must be 18 or older and provide valid identification.

What is the difference between MAT at an OTP and office-based treatment?

OTP programs like HCRC provide daily supervised dosing, medical monitoring, and counseling within a licensed treatment setting. This structure supports consistency and accountability during early recovery.

Does HCRC offer telehealth?

Yes. Many of our locations offer telehealth options for counseling sessions and ongoing recovery support.
