Senior Vice President of Operations, BayMark Health Services
Daniel Greer is an accomplished behavioral health executive with more than 15 years of
progressive leadership experience in opioid treatment and outpatient behavioral health
services. As Senior Vice President of Operations for BayMark Health Services, he
oversees the strategic, clinical, and operational performance of more than 60 opioid
treatment programs across the Eastern United States.
Throughout his career, Daniel has been recognized for driving organizational growth,
ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing high-performing teams that deliver
evidence-based, patient-centered care. His expertise spans multi-state operations
management, regulatory affairs (including SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, and HIPAA
compliance), financial oversight, and acquisition integration.
Before assuming his current role, Daniel served as Regional Vice President of
Operations and Regional Director of Operations within BayMark Health Services and its
Health Care Resource Centers division. He began his career in clinical leadership as
Clinical Director and Treatment Center Director, where he cultivated a deep
understanding of clinical programming, staff development, and patient engagement
strategies.
Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Boston College and a Bachelor’s
degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Licensed Mental
Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (LADC-I), and
Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC).
